For a long time we have focused on the possibility to be able to offer to the applicant a very soft and comfortable textile fabric of top quality which features all (and even more) characteristics required for the hygienic area. As it was very difficult to meet these high requirements tailored to applications, we finally decided to develop - in cooperation with a German manufacturer - a material of our own which is produced in Germany. No easy job, but we have overcome all difficulties and can now offer articles made of our material called . This material  is protected as utility model.
One side of our textile fabric  is made of polyester (PES) - a so-called sheared plush – and produced in an interlock-procedure. The surface of this very soft and comfortable material is velvety and roughened on one side. The other side is made of polyurethane (PU). Both materials are completely and uniformly bonded to each other (sticking together) by means of an adhesive layer, a so-called wet lamination (a production method which is particularly gentle to material). Due to this professional production method you can be sure to be offered a final product of superior quality made of .

In order to guarantee to the user all material characteristics required for the application in the health-, care- and hygiene sector, we have had this  thoroughly analysed by the testing institute titv in Greiz. Please find herein below a short summary of the test certificate:
