5th Amendment to the Regulation on Packaging (VerpackV)

As of January 1, 2009, the 5th Amendment to the Regulation on Packaging has come into force.. It requires the manufacturers and distributors of sale packaging containing goods, and typically intended for sale to end consumers, to provide the packaging to the Dual System.
§ 3 IX of the Regulation on Packaging provides a definition of "distributor":
"According to this regulation, distributors are those who put packaging, packaging materials, products that are used for making packaging or packaged goods, disregard their intermediary, in circulation. According to this regulation, distributors include shipping and distribution companies."

We herewith inform you that we observe to the requirements of the Regulation on Packaging that has come into force as of January 1, 2009. With the packaging material it has put in circulation, the company tcsb Silke Böhner e.K. participates in the exemption system.
